We have recently worked on an exciting project supporting Bible Society to create a sustainability strategy that resonates with the core purpose of the organisation.
More often though our work in this area relates to reviewing strategy as we have recently done for the Greenspace team at Durham University rather than starting from scratch. We understand that very often the gap between strategy and implementation is where organisations and teams need a little help.
Our work with Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA), the Australian Research Managers Society (ARMS) and the Canadian Association of Research Administrators (CARA) has supported this activity from an executive Board perspective.
Our work with Northumbria University has seen us use similar expertise but with a group of academics collaborating on research proposals.
All of our sustainable procurement activity has helped bridge the strategy/implementation gaps.
